Conference Check-in

If you are participating in the Annual Conference of 04/09 – 04/10, please pick up your name tag starting 04/10 (as early as 7:45 AM).
If you are only participating in the Strangulation Awareness & Prevention Conference, Conference Check-in starts at 12:00 to 1:00 EST on 04/10.
How do I check-in each day for the conference?
Each day, you will be asked to “check-in” for the conference via a QR Code. This will serve as our internal
sign-in sheet, generate an evaluation and certificate.
Here is a quick tutorial on how to self “check-in” using a QR code.
FLDVC Team members will be available to assist with “check-in.”
Will there be refreshments on site?
This event is not being held in a hotel. Sid's Coffee Shop & Deli, and Mr. B’s Big Scoop Ice Cream are both within walking distance at the Commons.
You may also stay hydrated by bringing your water bottle and filling it at the onsite water fountains.
Thursday, 04/11, The Donut Express Food Truck will be on site starting at 7:00 AM.
What are the lunch options?
This event is not being held in a hotel. Wednesday and Thursday, Big Lees BBQ Food Truck and Royal Hibachi will be located in front of the venue. Big Lee’s offerings will be Wednesday, a Burger Truck; and Thursday, BBQ Truck. Both vendors offer vegetarian options, however, no vegan options are available. Menu offerings are based on availability. There are no food trucks on site for Friday, 04/12/2024.

How do I get a certificate?
Within 72 hours of your “check-in” to the conference for all 3 days, an evaluation and corresponding certificate will be sent to your registration email.
How do I get my Continuing Education Credits?
The certificate will include your name, training title, trainer names and the full list of Continuing Education (CE) approvals as follows:
