Pre-registration & Late registration

Pre-registration is for the overall Conference.  You will select the Breakout Sessions once you are at the conference;

it is not needed before arrival.  

  • Pre-registration is through 05/06/2025, 5:00 PM EST.

  • Pre-registration allows fast-track check-in on event days.

Late registration & walk-ups. We will have a table set aside where an FLDVC team member will create your account, register you for the conference, and create a welcome packet for you.  Once registered, you have full access to all aspects of the conference.

Early Check-in for picking up Conference Materials & Meeting the Team

  • May 6: 5:00 - 6:00 PM, CASAs Family Justice Center, 1011 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg

  • Day of Check-in: May 7: 7:45 - 9:00 AM, University of South Florida, 140 7th Ave S, St. Petersburg

How do I register for the Breakout Sessions?

You can select each of the 4 breakout sessions once you are at the conference, no pre-selection is required.

In each Breakout Session, you will self “check-in.”

  • Here is a quick tutorial on how to self “check-in” using a QR code.  

  • Each workshop will have an FLDVC Team member to assist with “check-in.”

Will there be refreshments on site?

This event is not being held in a hotel.  There is a coffee & snack kiosk on the first floor of the Student Center.

What are the lunch options?

This event is not being held in a hotel.  On and off-site restaurants within walking distance include:

  • The Tavern at Bayboro, 120 6th Ave S

  • Campus Grind, 121 7th Ave S

  • The Hangar Restaurant & Flight Lounge, 540 1st St SE Albert Whitted Airport, Second Floor

How do I get a certificate?

Each workshop will have an individual certificate of attendance.  Within 72 hours of your “check-in” to a workshop, an evaluation and corresponding certificate will be sent to your registration email. 

How do I get my Continuing Education Credits?

Not all sessions provide Continuing Education (CE) Credit.  Please see the Conference Expanded Agenda to identify corresponding CE offerings. CEs will be listed on each training session’s Certificate of Training.
