Pre-registration & Late registration
Pre-registration is for the overall Conference. You will select the Breakout Sessions once you are at the conference; it is not needed before arrival.
Pre-registration is through 04/04/2024, 5:00 PM EST.
Pre-registration allows fast-track check-in on event days.
Late registration & walk-ups. We will have a table set aside where an FLDVC team member will create your account, register you for the conference, and create a welcome packet for you. Once registered, you have full access to all aspects of the conference.

How do I register for the Breakout Sessions?
You can select each of the 4 breakout sessions once you are at the conference, no pre-selection is required.
In each Breakout Session, you will self “check-in.”
Here is a quick tutorial on how to self “check-in” using a QR code.
Each workshop will have an FLDVC Team member to assist with “check-in.”
Will there be refreshments on site?
This event is not being held in a hotel. Sid's Coffee Shop & Deli, and Mr. B’s Big Scoop Ice Cream are both within walking distance at the Commons.
You may also stay hydrated by bringing your water bottle and filling it at the onsite water fountains.
Tuesday, 04/09, and Thursday, 04/11, The Donut Express Food Truck will be on site starting at 7:00 AM.
What are the lunch options?
This event is not being held in a hotel. Tuesday through Thursday, Big Lees BBQ Food Truck and Royal Hibachi will be located in front of the venue. Big Lee’s will have both a Taco and BBQ; Wednesday, a Burger Truck; and Thursday, BBQ Truck. Both vendors offer vegetarian options, however, no vegan options are available. Menu offerings are based on availability.

How do I get a certificate?
Each workshop will have an individual certificate of attendance. Within 72 hours of your “check-in” to a workshop, an evaluation and corresponding certificate will be sent to your registration email.
How do I get my Continuing Education Credits?
Not all sessions provide Continuing Education (CE) Credit. Please see the Conference Expanded Agenda to identify corresponding CE offerings.
